I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning views from the room and top-end amenities. The view from the room was truly beautiful, but I found it a bit pricey. The service at the reception desk was excellent, but additional services like dry cleaning or laundry were not included, which was a downside. The hotel's location in the Esplanade was perfect, close to everything I needed, including an excellent restaurant, Hanuman. I couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the heart of the Esplanade and with a balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the water. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room on level 12 was not working, which made my stay a bit uncomfortable. Overall, despite this issue, I enjoyed my time at the hotel.
